I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish absolutely brilliant. Darren was great at being in contact from the start and even checking everything was going to plan right to the actual move. Nick and Ash were very efficient and arrived on time providing excellent assistance and going above and beyond. Charlotte here leaving a review for Darren and Nick- well where do i start, iv used them more than once now and they're absolutely incredible! Rang two people before who tried to charge me a stupidly high price, didn't seem to care and just felt difficult talking to them/ as if the interactions were more self motivated than thinking about customers needs first.. well not this company. You call; they're caring, make you feel like nothing is a silly question or too much, they even let me change my preference to how the delivery would go so it was something i felt even less stressed with before it all happening! They answer you literally so quickly and offered to deliver the next day. The thing that makes these guys different is they actually care about you as people, and therefore they treat your things as they would if it were their own. Their motives aren't self centered for them, they want what's best for YOU the customer, are the BEST priced around and because they care about you, they treat your things properly!! and are **CAREFUL**! so lovely all big softies and i'v never dealt with anyone like this in delivering van things before. Big big thank you, you're genuinely helping others and make the world a better place! Also big shout out again to the fantastic Nick, spot on again, so careful, heck they cover every piece of furniture PROPERLY?!and wrap everything in these lovely cloths, AND put cloth down on some of your stairs, to not ruin your carpet where part treading is, he has a nice natter while helping you and wants to be so helpful! what a star, thank you Nick and Darren! Both been angels! We sold September 2022.The pick up went well, the guys were excellent. After 9 months of everything in storage, we moved into our property June 2023.
However, there were some breakages (it happens), the guys took pictures as proof. We are still waiting for Allmoves to settle. Initially my emails and phone calls got responses.
It has been 7 months!

Darren and his team are absolutely amazing - selling and buying a house is stressful enough and when it came to moving day, it was the least stressful part of the whole process. Contact throughout the process was really easy and Darren always responded within a day. Any queries or questions I had were answered efficiently. On the day they arrived on time and it was such an organised operation. Everyone in the team worked hard and put everything where it needed to be in our new house. I can highly recommend this wonderful company. We have just completed our move: from our original house into temporary accommodation with a large amount going into storage and then later into our new house. Everyone couldn’t have been more helpful from Darren in the office to Charlie, Nick and Ash who did the actual move. They were professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble . Huge thanks once again to the guys that really do work their socks off from start to finish! All Moves Preston moved us temporarily last year from Manchester and now that our new home is finally ready, they have moved us once again to what we hope will be our forever home! Very grateful to them for all their hard work. Fantastic service as always. Great laughs along the way to make things as smooth as possible during what is always a stressful thing to do!
